She has experience working with several clinical issues ranging from depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, parenting concerns, marital/family issues, child/adolescent related diagnoses and other general mental health concerns.

Samantha has experience working with young children and parents to navigate behavioral concerns that are common in the younger years, while also supporting parents through the wonderful, yet difficult, task of raising their children. She has helped children learn to focus more effectively at home and in school. Couples and families have received help navigating difficult emotions and communication problems to help heal broken processes. Samantha has worked closely with teenagers and young adults to overcome anxiety and depression, improve their fundamental decision-making skills, and overcome the inevitable heartbreaks that come with being a teenager. Whether she is working with kids or adults, Samantha’s focus is always on what is best for each individual client.

Samantha utilizes a variety of different techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, stress management, solution-focused, strength-based, person-centered, and family therapy. Her approach is adapted to each client given their personal situation and needs to provide the most effective treatment.
